- All Monthly booking require a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT at the time the reservation is made. This deposit is equivalent to the monthly rate. This deposit will be applied to your first month’s rent at check-in.

- We are a pet-friendly park.
- We spray our park for mosquitoes.

We do not give credit or refunds due to the weather.
Nightly & Weekly Reservations
Two or more weeks (14+ days) before your scheduled reservation:
Refund minus a $30 cancellation fee OR full refund issued as Camp Credit.One to two weeks (7–13 days) before your scheduled reservation:
50% of reservation price issued as Camp Credit and 50% forfeited.- Less than one week (0–6 days) before your scheduled reservation:
Full reservation cost forfeited. - Early departures will not be refunded.
Monthly Reservations
$625 non-refundable deposit required.
Deposit is applied toward first month’s rent.
