STRICTLY ENFORCED for ALL guests, visitors and delivery persons. We care about the safety of everyone.
General Rules
Well-Maintained RVs
RVs must be clean and in good condition. No tent camping. Sites are to be clean and neat at all times. Please ensure that all electric cords, sewer lines, water hoses and cables are kept on the gravel pad in a neat and orderly fashion. DO NOT leave any unattended items on the grass when not in use. Do not run any kind of generators in the park. Remember to respect your neighbor's sites by not walking through them. NO CLUTTER.
Vehicles
ALL vehicles must fit on the site's gravel pad. Parking on the grass, roadway or another site is prohibited. If additional parking is desired, make arrangements with the office.
Children
Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Payment
Payment is required at check-in.
Quiet Hours
10:00 PM – 6:00 AM. No public drunkenness or excessive noise.
Extended Stay Guests
Monthly guests payments are due on the 1st of the month. A $25 late fee is automatically applied on the 4th day, and $5 per day thereafter. Guests who fail to make payments may be asked to leave the park. Electricity is billed at the rate of 17 cents/kWh.
Park Property
Hanging or attaching anything to a pedestal or any park property is prohibited. If an electrical, water or sewage problem occurs at your site, please contact the office. Absolutely no repairing of park equipment.
Sewers
An airtight sewer connection is required at all times. Leaks must be repaired or replaced immediately. If not, the park will assume this responsibility at a cost to the guest. There will be a minimum charge of $50 for raw sewage cleanup.
Trash Pick-Up
Place bagged trash at the end of your site between 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Dumpsters are located by the fence along the front of the park in front of Bathhouse B.
Right of Refusal
Houston West RV Park reserves the right to refuse service at any time and for any reason. Guests will be removed from the park in the event of inappropriate behavior or infraction of any rules.
Rates
Rates are subject to change at any time.
Theft of Services
Pursuant to Section 31.04(b), Texas Penal Code, any guest who leaves without paying for site services rendered or who refuses to pay for site services when customarily due will be subject to criminal prosecution.
Indemnification
Houston West RV Park shall not be responsible in any way for accidents, injuries, or loss from any cause. Guests and visitors hereby indemnify and hold Houston West RV Park harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, costs, or expenses due to weather, civil strife, or acts of God.
Pond Rules
Catch and release on all fish.
Registered guests may fish without a license.
The pond is deep. Parents are responsible for the safety of all children of any age around the pond. Parents must never leave their children unattended near the pond.
No swimming in the pond.
No dogs in the pond.
Pet Rules
Aggressive breeds are prohibited.
All pets must be up to date on vaccinations.
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside with the exception of the fenced dog park area. City Law requires pets on leash.
Whenever any pet is found not leashed, the owner will be fined $5.00 for each offense.
Attaching a pet to anything other than a leash in hand is prohibited.
Owners are liable for their pets and must clean up after them. Pet owners not picking up after their dogs will be fined $5.00 for each incident.
No pets in the restroom, laundry room, pool area, or front office.
No portable fences or kennels outside.
