Important Rate Information
Monthly rates are subject to an electric deposit of $125 and electric charge of 17 cents/kWh.
All monthly bookings require a non-refundable deposit equal to the monthly rate at time of reservation. This deposit is applied to your first month at check-in.

We are a pet-friendly park. We spray our park for mosquitoes.

Cancellation Policy
Please read carefully. We do not give credit or refunds due to weather.
Nightly & Weekly Reservations
14+ days before
Refund minus a $30 cancellation fee OR full refund issued as Camp Credit.
7–13 days before
50% of reservation price issued as Camp Credit. 50% forfeited.
0–6 days before
Full reservation cost forfeited. Early departures will not be refunded.
Monthly Reservations
A non-refundable deposit of $600–$700 (equal to your monthly rate) is required at booking. This deposit is applied toward your first month rent at check-in.
